Momma Collective

A softer way through pregnancy and early motherhood

Motherhood is one of life’s most transformative seasons — physically, emotionally, and energetically — and it deserves more than “you’ll figure it out.” Momma Collective exists to offer steady, grounded support for women navigating pregnancy and the postpartum journey, providing a calm, community-centered space to slow down, reconnect, and feel truly supported. Rather than classes, checklists, or pressure to do it “right,” this work centers compassionate guidance, relational care, and nervous-system–aware support so mothers can feel seen, heard, and steadier as they move through a season that reshapes everything.

Introducing

Momma Collective — Foundations

An 8-Week Weekly Support Circle

(Starts May 5th - June 23rd Tuesdays from 10:00am -11:15 am)

Momma Collective: Foundations is an in-person, baby-welcome support circle designed to offer consistent, weekly support during pregnancy and postpartum. This is not a workshop or educational series, but a guided circle — calm, conversational, and intentionally paced — where mothers can show up as they are and be supported in community. Meeting weekly allows trust to build naturally and creates a steady rhythm over time, so each gathering gently builds upon the last and offers a sense of being held through a season of ongoing change.
